Account & Registration
Visit the Register page and fill in your real name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, region, and a secure password. Tick the required checkboxes confirming you are 21 or older and that you agree to the ph89 Terms and Conditions. Submit the form, verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox, and your ph89 account is ready to fund and play.
ph89 is for eligible adults aged 21 and above. This is the legal minimum age for online gaming in the Philippines. If you are below 21, you are not permitted to register, deposit, place wagers, or use another person's account. ph89 conducts identity verification and reserves the right to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
First, check your spam or junk folder. Some Philippine email providers filter automated messages. If the email is not there after a few minutes, try requesting a new verification link from the login page. If the issue continues, contact ph89 support at support@ph89.best with your registered mobile number and the email address you used when signing up.
No. Each person may only hold one ph89 account. Duplicate accounts violate the ph89 Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you have lost access to your account, use the password reset option or contact support rather than creating a new registration.
Log in to your ph89 account and go to account settings. You can update your contact details there. For security reasons, changes to critical contact information may require identity verification. If you encounter difficulties, email support@ph89.best with a clear description of what you need to update and your current registered details.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ph89 accepts Philippine peso deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are in Philippine pesos – no currency conversion fees apply. Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
GCash and Maya deposits to ph89 typically reflect within a few minutes. If your balance has not updated after 15 minutes, check that the transaction was successful on the GCash or Maya app and that no error message appeared. If the amount was deducted but your ph89 balance has not updated, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Log in to your ph89 account, go to the withdrawals section, and select your preferred payout method. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method but most Philippine digital wallet withdrawals are completed within one business day.
Deposit limits at ph89 depend on the payment method selected and may be subject to your account tier. Current minimum and maximum amounts are shown during the deposit process. VIP Club members may have higher limits available. For specific limit queries, check the deposit screen after logging in or contact support directly.
No. ph89 only allows deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited under the Terms and Conditions because they complicate identity verification and withdrawal processing. Using another person's payment account may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being suspended pending review.
Bonuses & Promotions
After completing your ph89 registration and verifying your account, make a qualifying first deposit. The welcome bonus is applied automatically or via a claim button depending on the current promotion. Visit the Promotions page after logging in to see the exact steps, eligible amount, wagering conditions, and expiry date for the current welcome offer.
A wagering requirement means you must wager a bonus amount a set number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱10,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally – check the full terms on the Promotions page for game contribution rates.
No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the requirements, the bonus and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited. Any real-money balance that was deposited separately may still be eligible for withdrawal – check your account balance breakdown for clarity.
ph89 cashback promotions return a percentage of your net losses over a defined period back to your account. The cashback rate, eligible period, minimum net loss threshold, and any wagering conditions attached to the cashback credit vary by promotion. Visit the Promotions page for the current cashback offer details. VIP Club members typically receive higher cashback rates.
Check that the code is entered exactly as provided – promo codes are case-sensitive. Also confirm that the promotion is still active and that your account meets the eligibility criteria (for example, some codes are for first-time depositors only). If the code is correct and your account is eligible but the error persists, contact support at support@ph89.best with a screenshot of the error.
Games & Betting
ph89 offers Color Game, Baccarat, Slots, NBA Betting, and Volleyball Betting. Color Game is a favourite among Filipino players for its fast, simple rounds. Baccarat is available in live dealer format. Slots cover a wide range of themes and volatility levels. NBA Betting covers regular season and playoff markets. Volleyball Betting focuses on Philippine leagues and international competitions.
Color Game is a dice-based game where players bet on one or more colours before three dice are rolled. Payouts depend on how many of the rolled dice show your chosen colour. The more dice that match, the higher the payout. It is fast-paced and straightforward, which makes it one of the most popular games for Filipino members at ph89. See the Color Game page for full rules and bet types.
Yes. ph89 offers volleyball betting markets covering Philippine leagues and major international competitions. You can place pre-match and live bets on match winners, set scores, and other available markets. Visit the Volleyball Betting page for current fixtures, available markets, and odds. Markets update throughout the season, especially during PVL and other local competitions.
ph89 NBA Betting covers a range of markets including match winner, handicap, point totals, quarter betting, and selected player props depending on the game. Live betting is available during matches with odds that update in real time. The full list of available markets for each game is shown after you log in and visit the NBA Betting page.
No download is required. ph89 runs fully in the browser on Android, iPhone, and desktop. The site is optimised for mobile so Filipino players can enjoy Color Game, Baccarat, Slots, and sports betting from their phones without installing anything. Just open a browser, go to ph89.best, log in, and start playing.
Responsible Gaming
Log in to your ph89 account and go to account settings or the responsible gaming section. Depending on what is available for your account, you may be able to set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit may have a waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for full guidance.
Log in to your account and access the account or responsible gaming settings. You can request a cooling-off period, a temporary account suspension, or a longer self-exclusion depending on your situation. Choosing to take a break is a responsible decision, not a problem. During a self-exclusion period do not attempt to create a new ph89 account. See the full Responsible Gaming guide for step-by-step advice.
Warning signs include spending more than planned, chasing losses, borrowing money to fund gaming, missing work or family commitments, hiding gaming activity, or feeling anxious when unable to play. If any of these apply to you, ph89 recommends pausing your sessions and using account controls. The Responsible Gaming page contains a full checklist and practical guidance written specifically for Filipino players.
Choose a calm moment to speak with the person using specific observations such as missed payments or changes in behaviour. Avoid lending money for gambling and do not cover gaming debts in a way that makes continued play easier. Encourage the person to use ph89 responsible gaming controls or take a voluntary break. Protect shared household finances and seek local support if needed. More guidance is on the Responsible Gaming page.
